The Time To Quit Smoking Is NOW

You probably already know you want to stop smoking, but do you know why? There are so many that the list can go on and on. I’ll tell you about a few of them right now. The leading cause of cancer is from smoking. The majority of the different types of cancer is from smoking cigarettes. You can get lung, throat, mouth, larynx, and esophagus. You most likely already knew about them but did you know that even though the smoke don’t go near the kidney, bladder, cervix, stomach or pancreas, it is the main cause of these cancer’s. The chance of getting any of these are going to get higher the longer you smoke, that is why the time to act now.

I know people are probably saying they know already that smoking causes cancer. You might be saying things like, that don’t happen to me or people I know, but yes they do, unfortunately. Sooner or later it will effect you or somebody you know. That is the reality of cancer. It is a very painful thing to have to go through, whether it be you or someone you know with it. If you have children, I know you wouldn’t want to have them go through the emotional pain of seeing you with it, and if your an adult, you don’t want your parents to have to go through it either. So for a healthier you, NOW is the time to quit smoking, not tomorrow.

Relieve From Menstrual Cramps

There are few things for which women consider their birth as women a curse. The name which is on the top of the list is the menstrual cramps. But there are few lucky women who only go through little discomfort during periods. Other also goes through irregular flow and dates of having periods. But there are few ways which can relieve your pain from awful cramps.

There are two types of menstrual cramps. Primary dysmenorrhea occurs in those women who are in their teens and experiencing periods for the first time in their life. This pain is generally less severe in nature when compared to the women of mid twenties or thirties.

Secondary dysmenorrhea is the pain which is caused by other conditions like ovarian cysts, using birth control pills, tumors or endometriosis. Birth control pills can cause excessive flow during periods in some.

If you are active in your regular routine then you can get fewer cramps during periods. If you have regular exercises you can stay fit even in your days of period. Natural progesterone can reduce the symptoms which causes those painful cramps in you. Drink hot beverages, especially milk, to reduce the pain in your stomach.

You can add zinc and calcium to your diet during periods; this will reduce menstrual cramps and bloating. Bathing with hot water always helps in pain especially in menstrual pain. Stress during menses can increase the pain so avoid extra stress. Try to take maximum rests and relax when you are having your periods.
